I have plenty of experience under my belt dealing with the best of the best and worst of the worst, I can easily identify any and all defects or deficiencies in commercial and residential settings. I will help you to gain the knowledge you need, to go into your transaction fully informed as well as how to make any necessary repairs if needed.
